We take all precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the Next Gear Online Shopping Website, your information is fully protected both online and offline.
Please know all sensitive information (such as credit card data), all data inputted is encrypted and transmitted to Next Gear in a fully secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

RETURNS | REPLACEMENTS
Returning: Email us thru the contact us form. We need your order number, name, phone, address, email address, and the part number you wish to return, along with a detailed explanation and any photos to support your claim of why you need to return it. If you do not have your order number, please indicate when your order was purchased and the full name you used upon ordering. All RA numbers are e-mailed in 2-3 business days with a return shipping address and complete shipping instructions. No returns will be accepted without an RA number. If the RA number is not written on the outside of the shipping box, it will be returned to you. All returns must be postage paid; return shipping charges are not refundable. All return orders must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that resulted from improper packing.
RETURN POLICY
You may return any part(s) within 90 calendar days from the date you get the parts from Next Gear. No returns will be accepted if the 90 calendar days have elapsed. All parts to be returned must be in their original condition, and cannot be disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation. We are not responsible for installation errors. We are also not responsible for any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses caused by the use of wrong or defective parts during installation.
PARTS NOT RETURNABLE
Service manuals, CD ROMs, and Special-order products cannot be returned. Electrical parts are not returnable if plugged in or unsealed for any reason. All returns are subject to a non-refundable 20% restocking fee. A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returns that are not the direct result of our error.
REFUNDS
Refunds for returns are normally processed and credited most times within 2-5 days, but they can sometimes take up to 30 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once we receive the part, we inspect it for approval. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card you used to buy the merchandise. You will receive a "credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 30 days, please e-mail us we will respond to you immediately.
RISK OF LOSS
All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to our shipping terms, which are F.O.B. shipping point. This means that the risk of loss and title of any item is passed to you at the shipping point, which is when the carrier accepts the goods for transport.
FINAL REMINDERS FOR RETURNS
You may return products within 90 calendar days of shipment for a refund or replacement. All returns information is located above. On orders shipped Overnight or 2 Days, all shipping carriers reserve the right to extend delivery time by 24 hours to residential deliveries. This is beyond our control and air-shipping charges will NOT be refunded for this reason. Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package; have the shipper immediately return it to the sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to the sender. Missing, damaged, or incorrect parts are non-returnable after 90 calendar days, regardless of the party at fault. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs. Lastly, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and all claims for such must be worked out with the shipping company.

All auto parts are listed at the current rate and at times special promotional discounts are offered.
CANCELLING ORDERS
All orders are electronically processed via the website and are forwarded to the warehouse immediately upon confirmation of the order. Therefore, there is a very short time for order cancellations. If you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately. No orders can be canceled after the payment has been confirmed, as the order will be immediately processed for shipment. All orders placed from Friday at 5 PM EST to Monday at 9 AM EST if canceled will not be processed until Monday at 9 AM EST, as these are not processed over the weekend.
